Some issues need more than a friend who listens. Work one-on-one with a professional therapist. Our individual therapists are trained in a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities and can work with a diverse range of people. Teen Psychotherapy

Teen Therapy (Ages 14-19): Empower your teen to navigate life’s challenges with personalized, one-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist. For clients under 18, we ensure a collaborative approach between the therapist, teen, and parent, balancing confidentiality and open communication to support the teen’s emotional well-being while respecting their privacy.

Child Psychotherapy (ages 6+)

Therapy can help your child process big emotions, learn healthy coping skills, and build confidence. We use a variety of interventions, including play therapy and expressive arts therapy. Parents are encouraged to be involved to reinforce therapeutic strategies at home, ensuring long-term growth and success.
